Influenced by various artists from an early age, KT Star was always destined to end up performing on stage. Blessed with what has been described as a completely unique voice, KT Star performs a huge variety of chart hits right across the decades. Born in 1982, she found herself performing from the age of 6 upwards and has appeared in productions and festivals up and down the country and has enjoying success winning awards both in the UK and abroad.

KT Star has a warm personality and a style that draws upon the audience and makes them feel as though they are really connecting with her. Emotional performances are her speciality and KT Star approaches her work with a real passion that only comes from someone who really loves what they are doing. Her eyes communicate the story as much as her vocals sing it, making her a believable and loved artist by all her clients.

Variety is important and KT Star has performed with full live bands, as part of a duo, and with choreographed dancers in the past and caters her shows to suit her client’s needs. She currently performs a solo set which is the most popular format. Completely self contained and with a light show that changes as per the mood of the show, KT Star is both versatile and extremely enthusiastic about her work. The last couple of years have been action packed and has seen her perform throughout the UK at a wide range of venues from golf clubs and casinos to holiday camps.

KT Star takes her audience on a journey by performing tracks from the 1950’s from artists such as Connie Frances and Patsy Cline, then takes them through till the present day featuring songs from artists such Tina Turner, Dusty Springfield, Lady Gaga, Amy Winehouse and Pink amongst others.

KT Star can also perform a Motown show and hopes to be performing a country and western show in the near future.

Recording work has been ongoing for some time now. KT Star has custom CD’s featuring some of her set on sale for those who feel they want to take something away from the evening’s entertainment.

Thoroughly professional and highly recommended, KT Star is an act not to be missed and can perform speciality shows such as her “KT Star’s tribute to the 50s and 60s” and her “Easy Listening” show which is extremely popular at weddings and corporate events.

She is highly approachable and enjoys making the audience part of the entertainment whenever appropriate. She is happy to perform requests if they are within her repertoire and can rehearse particular songs in advance if requested for special occasions.
